- 1. Simply click Install (on the top right of the Zendesk app store page of this app).
- 2. Download the Customer Service Guide for free (as it's part of this app)
- 3. Upload the plugin to your WordPress site & activate it.
- 4. Go to the Case Guide plugin in your WooCommerce backend (wp-admin/admin.php?page=customer-service-guide-settings) and copy the ‘WP API Security Token’
- 5. Now, paste this token into the Zendesk app settings ‘WP API Security Token’ field.
- 6. Additionally, please fill in the URL(s) of your WooCommerce site(s).
- 7. Now click ‘Update’ in Zendesk app settings.
- 8. Now the app is ready to use
